Do you know when to walk away?

Proverbs 14:7--How long does it take us to realize we're in a foolish conversation?

A "fool" is the opposite of someone who is wise or prudent. How they view the world seems whimsical and naive or innocent, but that view can be at worst dangerous, distracting at best.

We expect children to behave foolishly, but adults modeling these behaviors can pull us into a time-consuming mess.

Living a wise life, we seek GOD's will by seeking His Voice. By living this way, our discernment becomes attuned to foolishness and those who "fool" us into engaging in it.

When our discernment flags raise, walk away. We don't have to be arrogant--just excuse ourselves and go.

Perhaps--like us--the fool can learn and turn toward GOD and His way. It worked for us, right?

May we walk away from foolish encounters, my friends.
