Are your words "deep waters?"

Proverbs 18:4--Have you ever spoken discerning words that penetrated someone's heart? Words that come from the heart of GOD?

Being an instrument of GOD's truth and love is one of His richest blessings. And sometimes we don't even realize that's what we are--we just speak what and when He shows us.

The first time I heard someone say, "What you said changed my life." was precious. But, what was a bit embarrassing was, I didn't remember what I had said to them. Which means--at least to me--it wasn't my words of wisdom, it was the LORD's.

When we live wisdom, when we pursue knowledge, discernment, and understanding, words of wisdom will flow from us like a flowing brook. Those thirsty for GOD and His love will be be quenched because that fountain resides in us.

How amazing to know those deep waters. How blessed we are that the Creator of the Universe wants to share them with us. And, that He trusts us to share them with others.

May our words be deep waters, my friends.
